		<description>I&#039;m not surprised given the rough state of the stock market in &#039;08. Having said that, it&#039;s still wise to find a good fund and fund manager with a history of making their clients money. Too many &quot;investors&quot; simply go with the fund that their company endorses as a retirement plan.</description>
